The Salisbury Train Station Park ‘n’ Ride Upgrade project comprised preparation of both the Business Case and the ensuing preliminary / detailed design and engineering to provide a new Park ‘n’ Ride facility at the existing Salisbury Train Station.

The upgrade included the provision of additional parking for people with disabilities in the existing eastern car park, while a new car parking facility providing around 140 car parking spaces was provided on the western side of the station.

Construction was completed in May 2021, with the upgrade helping to alleviate parking demand and overflow issues as a consequence of high demand for access to Public Transport facilities.
