The Toowoomba Second Range Crossing (TSRC) was a $1.5 billion-dollar project that provides a second range crossing north of Toowoomba, taking heavy vehicle traffic out of Toowoomba and improving freight efficiency, driver safety, relieves pressure on Toowoomba’s roads, and enhances liveability for the city’s residents. The 41-kilometre-long bypass route runs from the Warrego Highway at Helidon Spa to the Gore Highway at Athol, via Charlton.

As part of the TSRC Works, Morleys Road and McNamaras Road required modification to integrate with the TSRC, with the roads then being returned Works to Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC). To assist LVRC in assessing whether the assets are deemed appropriate for acceptance, Geleon were commissioned by LVRC to undertake a review of the project construction documentation records and inspect the constructed Works to ensure that the project sufficiently meets quality requirements.
