This commission, undertaken for the Department of Transport and Main Roads, comprised the detailed design and engineering for the upgrade of the existing TransLink Park 'n' Ride facility at Eight Mile Plains.

The upgrade included the expansion of the existing Park 'n' Ride facility to provide an additional 340 car parking spaces, the installation of bicycle storage racks, improvements to stormwater drainage and the installation of CCTV cameras, help phones and lighting.

Construction started in April 2019 and was completed in late September 2019 with the extension now open and providing additional parking opportunities for commuters.
