Geleon were engaged by Moody DS Pty Ltd to prepare a Traffic and Transport Assessment (TTA) and Waste Management Plan (WMP) to accompany a Development Application for a Material Change of Use for function facility, short term accommodation, caretaker’s accommodation and shop land uses located 3137 Nerang -Murwillumbah Road, Natural Bridge.

A comprehensive TTA and WMP were prepared, with further advice and support provided to the project team throughout the Information Request phase of the application process.
