Geleon were engaged by Thomas Hughes Construction Pty Ltd to prepare a Traffic and Transport Assessment to accompany a Development Application to the City of Gold Coast (CoGC) to establish an industrial development comprising 32 self-storage units at 55 – 56 Bailey Crescent, Southport.

The team worked closely with the Architect and Town Planner to develop a scheme that demonstrated compliance with Council’s traffic and transport requirements, avoiding an Information Request in relation to this aspect of the development.

The proposal has since been approved with a development permit issued by CoGC on 26 October 2021.
